Medical Workforce Development is our flagship paid pathway for participants ages 18-40, delivered in partnership with Kingsborough Community College and NYC DYCD. It prepares participants for careers in nursing, health sciences, and medical assisting, and participants earn $20/hour while receiving hands-on training, career coaching, and job placement support.

Both. We offer virtual trainings through interactive webinars and online workshops, so you can participate from anywhere with an internet connection, alongside in-person group workshops, seminars, classes, and one-on-one coaching.
How much do programs cost?+
Program cost varies by program. Many of our programs — including Medical Workforce Development — are offered at no cost to participants through partnerships with government agencies and foundations like NYC DYCD. Reach out through our contact form and we'll walk you through current options for the program you're interested in.
